Good experience. I would like to know, however, if you guys have figured out a way to replace the battery, when it goes.

The people at SWFT were great. They stopped and listened to me. My SWFT ebike was just six months old when I got caught out in a downpour in Florida, and caused my display to stop functioning. I found my serial number and order information and within 24 hours I got an email that said they were shipping me a new display. Fantastic news!!
