I have sent many emails regarding my purchase and return and still no response . As a first time customer I was very disappointed with the service I have received. I won’t be referring your company to anyone else .

Hopeless. Sent me the wrong

Hopeless. Sent me the wrong gloves twice - wrong colour, wrong model gloves. No phones, all by email, so everything was slow. It seems the staff can't see pictures on your own website? Waiting on my refund. Too inconvenient. Made 2 trips to the post office to return the wrong gloves. The gloves I ordered are apparently not in stock. Why send an alternative without checking first?

Misleading description of products. I

Misleading description of products. I am looking for helmet , and I got helmet neck guards!!! When I checked products I don’t think even it worth value that I paid for it.

You did not send me

You did not send me the black goggles in the photo. As there was not a choice of colour I bought them wanting black. I was annoyed to receive a pink pair as they were supposed to be for my son. Not a good experience. Perhaps you need to provide the option tab for a colour on your website. I still have to find some Zoggs Goggles for my son. Probably won’t recommend Sportmans Warehouse online.

Never got the Item, you

Never got the Item, you guys did your job well. Apparently the person delivering the package took the picture about package sent and took it. Has been happening where I live. very unfortunate, AUSPost are looking into it but never not happy with the experience, which again it is not your fault.
