Hopeless. Sent me the wrong
Hopeless. Sent me the wrong gloves twice - wrong colour, wrong model gloves. No phones, all by email, so everything was slow. It seems the staff can't see pictures on your own website? Waiting on my refund. Too inconvenient. Made 2 trips to the post office to return the wrong gloves. The gloves I ordered are apparently not in stock. Why send an alternative without checking first?
