I can't recommend this bike and this company enough! My son bought this for himself to get around his college campus. Unfortunately due to shipping, the bike had some damage and wasn't working properly. Chad in Customer Service sent out a new module to my son, and it worked great! He's loving the bike and his dealings, as well as mine, with Chad have been nothing for a pleasure!

I think this businesses is amazing! I don’t think there’s any electric bikes out there like the ones they have. They’re just unique and super fun to ride, they go fast and long lasting to get around town. Customer service is great as my bike came with a little damage and within 4 days I had a new part thanks to Darsity who assisted me easily with that process. I love my Super73 S1 and with the customer service and support this company has a lifelong customer from now on. Looking forward to purchasing an S2 in the far future!!
