Worked for one day. The monitor turns on but it doesn't keep track of time, rows, etc. nothing and eventually turns back off because it's not detecting movement. I did all the trouble shooting before I even reached out for support and was told to do all the things I did and send proof did that. Was asked by support to do something that is not possible, due to male female plugs and then was asked, can you try the first things again. At this point WHY am I responsible for trying to troubleshoot & repair something that is BRAND NEW!! Extremely disappointed & now have asked to return the item. I'm hoping this is just a fluke because I have bought other items from Sunny and not had any issues but this is just beyond annoying at this point. I was injured for a week and I understand that caused a delay but only a week. It feels like they are delaying the troubleshooting time so that I CAN'T return the item.
