The headbands and wristbands are awesome! You can wash them and they do not get damaged. I have a pretty large head and some of them I have to stretch quite a bit to fit comfortably, but once they are stretched they are great!! They also have amazing customer service. They forgot one item in an order of mine and I e-mauled them about and got a quick response and the item arrived shortly after:
