I'm so grateful and humbled by the kindness and generosity of Kim and everyone at Suddora! I accidentally washed one wristband with the cardboard insert which made a huge mess in the washer and covered the 6 pairs of white sweatbands with brown paper fiber. It was entirely my fault because I missed the one cardboard insert. But despite this mistake Kim insisted on sending me a replacement even though I asked for no replacement. I am so very grateful that I can't express my appreciation enough. I love the quality and the softness of Suddora sweatbands! Thank you Kim!
