Thankful for people who go "Above and Beyond"
This was my first experience with Suddora, and I was impressed with the chat assistance I received on-line, the promptness of confirmation of my order, and the communication (texts and emails) through and after my purchase. I really felt like a 'customer', which I have often NOT felt like in working with other companies and sales staff. To top off my Suddora experience, they offered to and did cover the extra shipping cost so that I could receive my order by a certain date, i.e., in time for my brother's birthday. I was not even asked the reason for needing it by the date. They went 'above and beyond' any customer service I can recall. The sweatbands I ordered are great, per my brother and per my own use! I don't have photos to share at this time, though.
