Was trying to order the tumble weed lure and it was not easy to get a floating one vs a sinking one. Had to call customer service to help me correct the issue. I went to two individual product numbers. Thinking I selected the right product but was sent 2 of the sinking tumble weeds. Where I only wanted one. But your customer service was awesome and got me the right product via a credit and will be ordering the floating lure soon.
