It has now been 15 days since I ordered my items. Firstly, the website states that dispatch time will be 5-7 working days for personalised items etc. My items were standard and still took 7 days to dispatch. Since then, I've tried tracking the items but the site just says "more info will be available when your package arrives in the destination country". So as far as I can tell the item still hasn't even reached this country. I understand Australia is a fair bit away but going into 3 weeks for delivery is a bit much. I should have paid the extra few dollars and ordered from a mainstream sports shop who I know would deliver on time. Probably won't be ordering from O'Neills again.
