Terrible service, waiting over 2 weeks since dispatch, still hasnt arrived

Back in early November I purchased two GAA shirts for my sons as Xmas presents, I thought because we live in Australia that they would be a nice reminder of home for them. They hadn't arrived by Xmas so I contacted O Neills customer service. I was told by a very nice chap that they could have been stolen or simply lost in transit. He offered a choice of refund or to resend them. I decided as my sons birthdays are in mid January and early February that they could have them as birthday presents instead. So I went for the resend option. Tomorrow is my seconds sons birthday and the shirts still have not arrived. To say I am annoyed would be an understatement. Whilst the member of staff I was dealing with was perfectly nice and competent, the overall service has been atrocious. I could have deposited the money for these shirts in a relatives account, they could have driven to my home town, bought the shirts, packaged them, posted them and they would have arrived at my front door in a week. My sister buys me a tin of chocolate Kimberley's every December and posts them from Ireland. They invariably get here(melted and a bit battered I"ll grant you) before new year. I ordered a laptop battery from China two weeks ago for my sons school laptop, it arrived last week. I buy stuff online all the time and don't have any problems. Why can't Ó Neills fold two shirts into a plastic envelope, post it to Australia in early November and get it here by the 2nd February?? This does not allow me to do it but my rating for this would be minus 5 stars.

Have not received my order yet not a good service. If there are issues with delivering to Oz why not say in the delivery page!

Ordered the jacket in November and had to ring four time before it was dispatched. Very disappointed with service
