Online Purchase Was Great... Shame about the local stuff
My nephew has a rugby jacket that I really liked the look of and I was impressed with the design.
I tried to contact the only O'Neills Office in Australia which happens to be in my local state of SA. They were not very helpful as I believe their function is to work with rugby clubs across the country - not deal with individual customers. They didn't even have samples to try or any useful information about online ordering.
So, after a disappointing experience there, I simply completed an online checkout for the item that matched my criteria the best and within a couple of weeks it has arrived.
The item was correctly described and had all the features I had hoped for including the removable hood (which was a bit hard to see from the pictures how it worked).
Overall, I can't fault the online experience, but having an in-store experience would have just given me a boost of confidence that I was getting exactly what I wanted instead of just hoping for the best.
