I have been using a Bowflex PowerPro for 23 years. The cables finally started to fray. I wanted to replace them before they snapped. I knew Bowflex didn't stock them anymore so I asked them who does carry them. They recommended a company that did not get good reviews so I asked them again. This time they told me to check with you guys. Boy was I glad they did. Ordering was easy. You had the product. It only took 2 days. Now my machine is like new again. My only problem had nothing to do with you. I couldn't get the cable hooks off the new cables so I could thread them through the pulleys. After a couple of days of trying, i finally got them off. I am happy with my experience with you and will recommend you to anyone looking for hard to find replacement parts for their exercise equipment.
