I had to exchange my purchase ( shoes) for a bigger size, I contacted customer service, they responded the same day, the exchange was seemless. The only downsize was, I had pay initial shipping, shipping to return…and shipping for new size so..my initial purchase added shipping 3 times which was close to 35.00 :/

Once ordered I got frequent updates of the order and it's progress.
