Excellent all was good regarding quality, packaging and communication etc in fact I did this clothing purchase as a "pilot buy" before I order one of their very expensive bicycles which I am interested in just to see what Specialized were like to deal with.

Buying these Hemisphere Tires was my second purchase directly from Specialized. I also bought an excellent replacement saddle for my Specialized Crossroads Bike. I don't like the "racing" style saddle, and prefer a wider more padded saddle for my biking needs. The Tires and Saddle were at great prices, and shipping was free.
