Everything was excellent. From the info on the website when deciding being clear and concise, to dealing with customer service, the how to guides and videos, all the tools that came with it, the ease in which it was to put together and the fun we have already seen a little boy having, i cannot recommend enough!!! Extremely happy with it all.
