My husband and I decided to change the size trampoline we were going to get after I had already added the original one to the cart and I forgot to swap it for the bigger one. I realised in the morning when I checked my emails and I quickly got in contact to get it changed. Even though I used after pay this was no problem and they made sure I was still able to get the deal I had purchased which had ended by the morning. Excellent customer service, excellent quality and excellent instructions. Supplying mini tools to get the job done was also awesome. I never expected to get a mini mallet but sure enough there one was! I did a lot of research before choosing which brand and company to buy from and I have not been disappointed in the slightest. Would highly recommend 100%
