Very bad costumer support , Not helpful at all

UPS and snogo can not coordinate to deliver my package which was attempted to be delivered late when we were already away for Christmas

After the message that my SNO-GO SHIFT did not fit together because the Frame hub was 0.6mm too long to slide into the main tower pivot. I only received an email back asking me to fill this out. No advice and no new product or final compensation to have it repaired. so very poor service

So far, sadly, support has done nothing to remedy the issues.
