Missing a second bike that was ordered and no one is willing to give me a straight answer and or even respond to my several emails I have sent about this. Absolutely horrible customer service that has ruined my experience for this whole company. If someone buys your product you should be able to send out everything the customer has purchased not just half of the order and ghost them.

After the message that my

After the message that my SNO-GO SHIFT did not fit together because the Frame hub was 0.6mm too long to slide into the main tower pivot. I only received an email back asking me to fill this out. No advice and no new product or final compensation to have it repaired. so very poor service
