Just got my new bike in and put together. I have an earlier model bike already. What I can say is the new bike is not nearly the same quality as the older bike. All the bolts seem super cheap. The main cross bolt is aluminum and not steel. The stem is not adjustable. The grips suck. The hemi joint on the rear is cheap cast instead of chromoly like the original. The welds are crap compared to the old bike welds. The boot cleats I’m now sure they just look like cheap plastic tractor tire treads, I prefer the old spikes. Was going to sale my old bike but there’s no chance I’m going to now. The forks are an improvement. The front ski mount is billet and the old design is three pieces which if they would help customers in anyway with parts I would say the old design would be better if you broke one piece you could just buy that but they never have parts. I say all that but still love both bikes. Just looks like I’ll have to machine my own parts for upgrades. Almost forgot the bottom mount came all scratched up, called customer service and they o yeah we don’t have those parts but we can give you a $100 refund. Which tells me these bikes are probably coming straight from China. Who knows. . Rip on brothers 👊🏻

Was told to get the ski fixed at a ski shop at first which when you pay 1500 and the bike comes in damaged not so great situation still waiting for parts to come in so i can finnaly use it had to go and rent a bike again at loon last weekend

Only complaint was the very long wait to get a shift.

The shipping of the product was quick took a week assembly was easy not hard to figure out. As far as the support goes not very good haven’t heard a thing about the issue I have with a ski that sent a picture of so I don’t know what to think about it or what being done. Other that I’m 70 years old and love riding this thing and I’ve never skied before.

Waiting for a call back. If my issue is remedied I will say overall satisfied but really can't rate my experience simply based on sumbiting this review
