Received my knife very quickly!

I love SMKW. I love visiting the store. Having an item in hand to feel, look for quality or flaws , and manipulate is my favorite way to purchase. When it's not practical to purchase on site , I use website. I'm old school and am not crazy about navigating the site. It's jump me around everywhere. I've bought numerous items and have only sent one knife back and a buttstock shell holder. As soon as I opened the knife I didn't care for the look, and the buttstock was for rifle rings and not shotgun shells. I didn't like the process of the return process. I had to take to my ups store and pay the shipping. The contact manifest says it will reimburse the shipping if.... I'm still waiting on the process to clear. I will continue to use and enjoy SMKW.
