Hello, good morning. I ordered order #16983, which included 4 anklets and 4 wristbands. But the order did not arrive correctly, I received 6 anklets and 2 right wristbands. That was asked of him, unfortunately I am in South America. I cannot claim immediately, I am sad with the order, since tomorrow we had a competition here in Ecuador and the order for my brother and mine is not complete

As mentioned in my review, my most recent purchase (Order #16844) arrived defected and I am unable to get a reply from info@sixsixone.com as instructed in the warranty page to have it replaced. This is really unfortunate as I am a long time user of your knee pads and will be looking at other manufacturers for future purchases since I am unable to resolve this issue. My recommendation is to add phone option for warranty claims as email only does not seem to be working for your company. Phone calls are not as easy to ignore.

never received the elbow guards

I have tried to get ahold of customer service several times to process a return or exchange and I’m not able to get a response.

Order seemed like it was processed by 3rd party contractor... Received 2 wrist guards when I ordered 1, size chart was off, so I have to return it and get a bigger one (But there is no way to do this). Never received my second item at all. Two emails sent, no replies... not even an auto reply. Waiting another few days for 661 to rectify the situation before I file a complaint at BBB and seek to recoup funds from my credit card company for the product not delivered.
