Played 9 holes on EXPutt Started a 2nd 9 and after 4 holes, the unit went dark. . Had to unplug and restart the unit, selected 9 holes; played 3 and the unit went dark again!! What’s going on??

So far not do good difficulty with set up , not sure if camera working correctly.

I placed the order on December 10th with a delivery date of December 19th. Is is now December 25th and my system still has not arrived. I submitted and inquire on December 22nd but have not heard back. I tracked the delivery and it has been sitting in Dallas TX since the 15th. I understand things happen but I can't get anyone to help me. . .

Cannot even give delivery date on the key component
