Great product / quality!

Everything arrived on time and in great condition. Set up was mostly straight forward. No instructions for the impact screen addition to the net set up so was a little tricky. Quality products.

Item received as ordered and expected.

Ordered on 12/17. Didn't hear anything until I reached out on 1/7. They replied and stated some just had come in. They then shipped and I received this week. A status e-mail would have been nice.

There’re were two free items that I checked when ordering: 12 titlelist golf balls and side screens to add on the the basis SIM structure. I didn’t receive them and I have written an email requesting information on when I will get them and I have t heard back yet.
