Signal Snowboards

Went to signal for the Omni ended up having something wrong. Stopped making the Omni so I had to chose another board which is ok but I didn’t really want any other board and so I ended up spending 600$ on board I don’t really want. And now there is a new Omni.... prolly would never do this again or recommend it any one. Sincerely Tyler Rudow

Best idea ever

I think it was a experience and the best way to get a snowboard for People on the world who can't afford to drop 500$ off the top for a new board and I look forward to getting a new one after this next season .

My experience with Signal themselves has been amazing. I ordered the John Jackson Sierra 158cm and it rode AMAZING all season. Customer service interactions all off-season have all been top form. The only hitch was when my board actually ARRIVED. The Signal crew threw in a little laginappe in the form of a rad free Tshirt and a little dainty necklace from John Jackson's jewelry line. Not being the jewelry wearing sort, I tossed it on my nightstand. Yep. You can imagine where this is going. My girlfriend comes over, sees my nightstand and this lovely piece of silver jewelry on a woman's chain and gets HEATED. How in the WORLD am I supposed to explain that the necklace came with the snowboard?! Necklaces don't come with snowboards! After some convincing and googling, things were sorted out. Hey Signal, how about a warning next time? Great riding board though. Worth that little piece of domestic hassle.

You guys have been awesome, wouldn’t have been able to start snowboarding if it wasn’t for your program. You guys helped me out so much I greatly appreciate it the service you guys provide for us snowboarding enthusiasts. Keep up the amazing work guys
