Very disappointed with the delivery! Board was purchased for a 21st gift and was to be shipped to Victoria however, the board was delivered to the billing address and missed the birthday and was delivered 5 days late. I will not ever purchase from Sideways again.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I was delivered a damaged board with a small puncture / hole and compensated 60$ which does not begin to cover the cost of depreciation as well as the effort of fixing it. The board was well wrapped which makes me think it was damaged prior to wrapping in the warehouse. The sales manger said there was nothing he could do. I will continue to advise people not to shop here if they need a board delivered do to the unreliability.
