Can't speak highly enough of my online order experience with Sideways. Ordered a 7'6" wheelie multiple surfboard travel bag weeks out from travelling overseas. Phoned Brookvale outlet to check availability - out of stock with none in Sydney. The person I spoke to suggested I fill out online order form. Before finalising payment the portal will indicate if the product is available and estimated delivery date. I followed this advice and completed the transaction after it indicated the product was in stock with expected delivery in 10 days. The following day I made followup phone enquiries confirming the 7'6" version of the product which was now displaying unavailable on line has been picked for me and being shipped from the Maroochydore store in Queensland. Once the cover was picked up by courier I received an email with tracking number. It arrived 8 days after my order was placed. I have inspected and easily fits two surfboards of length 6'10" and 7'6" with room for at least one more board. Lockable, although front pocket is not. Appears to be a good quality product and great value for money.
