The online purchase was very easy. My board was shipped on time and actually arrived 1 day earlier than expected. I sent a question to their customer service, figured out the issue myself, then sent them another message to disregard the first, which they actually replied to, which is nice knowing that actual humans are looking at the messages being sent.

Great costumer service and quick shipping

I had an inflatable paddle board that I had difficulty steering and didn’t do well in swells and waves. This hybrid is really stable and steers beautifully in the water. I wasn’t sure if I could stand up on the board with my dog so I used it as a kyak. It was so stable next time I’ll try it standing. It was very easy to set up. The seat was very comfortable and the quality of everything was outstanding.
