I honestly can’t say enough good things about ISLE and the way they stand behind their products. We had an issue with two paddle boards that we had purchased quite some time ago but had never actually used. When we finally discovered the problem, I contacted ISLE not knowing what to expect since so much time had passed. From the very beginning, their customer service was absolutely amazing. They listened to what happened, responded quickly, and went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced our boards without hesitation and even included an electric inflator, which was such an unexpected and appreciated surprise. It’s easy for a company to get a good review when everything goes perfectly. To me, the true test of a company is how they respond when something doesn’t go perfectly, and ISLE absolutely knocked it out of the park. We love the new boards, the quality is fantastic, and after this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from ISLE again or recommend them to anyone looking for a paddle board.
