From purchasing the bike to assembling it, everything was smooth and straightforward. No issues with shipping timing, no damage to the box or bike upon arrival, and the assembly video paired with the instructions manual made it very simple to assemble, even if it took some time to make sure I was getting it done correctly the first time (only one mistake that was adjusted by a bike mechanic when I took it in to get it double checked).

Overall the experience was easy and fun to pick our a bike for my boyfriend! He’s happy so, I’m happy :)
