I messed up when placing
I messed up when placing order and so needed some help in correcting it before the order processed and shipped out. The Sole team was responsive, helpful, effective, and efficient. I mean really… I appreciated that then, and I still do now because I love what I purchased (single speed bike) and feel confident that I’ll have any support needed in future with whatever comes up. That’s pretty important when purchasing a bike (which happens to be my main form of transportation) over the internet.
