I submitted an inquiry, and added my e mail at the bottom for Fox to follow up, and their Customer Service team followed up sever different times with extremely helpful product information and recommendations to help me achieve the desired suspension setup. They provided links, and charts for future reference, in addition to following up within 24 hours. All companies should aspire to implement such a professional customer team such as Fox has done.
