I received 2/3 items ordered, i added the insulated water bottle to the cart and 2 more items since i found it was a good deal, the bottle was not shipped since it was a mistake on their website so i could’ve purchase these items outside for a better price, totally disappointed

Well descriptions and product images do not specifically call out year and makes. Said it should have covered but it doesn’t

This review is about their customer service - not their products. I'd reached out to customer service about modifying my order and they wouldn't let me, nor would they honor the sale price when changing the fork - even though it took over a week and a half for them to put together and ship my order. If I purchase any more Fox forks or shocks I'll purchase them through a reseller with better customer service.
