I messaged BR about a shipment that was delayed- I was immediately contacted via email about my status- then it arrived missing the barbell- someone had stolen the barbell after it shipped- BR immediately took over the claim with UPS and sent me another bar right out- working out at home is everything to me- will definitely order again from this company-
