Sea to Summit

The product I ordered is great, but the order processing and shipping was horrible! I ordered plates three weeks before a trip and they basically lost my order. Didn’t get them until two weeks after.

Have written to you as I didn’t buy anything but there was a charge on my credit card - no one has responded to my inquiry .
