Website is easy to navigate and find items that I want quickly. Ordering process was easy and smooth, customer service feedback was quick when I did email a question about a product. Shipping was handled well from packing to delivery speed. Products seem to be excellent quality as well (though I do wish I didn't have to see "Made in China" on everything, that's the only disappointment).
