Sea to Summit

I ordered a few clearance items and was extremely pleased with them. Shipping was fast.

When our sleeping pad stopped holding air, customer service was extremely responsive. I heard back the same day I reached out and by the end of that day a brand new pad had been shipped to me.

We had a problem with our backpack (which we LOVE!). . . sent a picture. It wasn't fixable. They sent a replacement IMMEDIATELY. The logical use of pictures and common sense approach to problems is much appreciated. We have a lot of Sea to Summit products and would continue to use them. Appreciate the lack of PFOS.

Sea to summit is a go to brand of mine, they make high end gear with reasonable prices and not too much flash. Customer service has never been necessary but my colleagues state it is top notch
