Service was great, had a warranty issue and was totally taken care of. They didn’t hassle me about it and let me switch to another board. I don’t think any other snowboard company would do that. After this experience I can tell you I’m excited to expanding my Season Eqp collection for next season.

Fantastic service all around. Josh was a pleasure to deal with. He and Season helped me out a lot with a few logistical issues regarding shipping and conversions and supplied me with a ton of changing information and updates while in Japan.
