Excellent service by telephone and they were very happy to answer all my questions about the bike. I was very hesitant ordering on-line and having it shipped from Ontario to Vanvouver Island. Other than taking 1 month to arrive due to weather & transport issues in BC, it arrived in mint condition and works like a charm.
