Ready to install right out of the box and so easy to attach to the hitch. Tighten it up and this rack doesn’t wobble. Required a bit of playing to figure out the best way to attach two bikes but now it goes very quick. Everything feels secure when driving on the road. Very happy with this purchase!

I am really pleased with my Orbea E Bike which arrived last week. The service at the store is top notch and Logan and his colleague spent time explaining all the different parts to me. I am now getting familiar with it and riding it is a breeze.
