I've had this bike since June 15 and have put almost 600k on it. I am 65 and post 2 hip replacements (still walk really badly but love cycling) and loved my road bike prior to my hip troubles. THIS bike allows me to ride again alongside my husband the excellent and fast cyclist without both of us getting frustrated and ride the the top loop of Gatineau park once more. The assist allows me to climb the hills without my knees screaming. In case you were wondering I can do the 40 k loop of the park (starting from my house) and use about 40% of the battery pack. I do ride trying to find the minimum assist that is possible for me in a gear that is comfortable for me to maintain a good pace up the long hills (12-17kph). I think that as someone recovering from the extreme muscle wasting that preceded my surgeries this bike allows me to pick a level of exertion I can maintain without my muscles literally aching all the time. This makes me want to repeat the exercise daily and I am certain I'll get stronger and rebuild muscle over the course of the summer. I'm pretty sure this bike will extend my cycling life for a good while longer! And it's great for doing errands in the city too! Scooteretti staff give great and patient service and answered ALL of our questions. Please do yourself and them a favour though and go on weekday mornings if you want some undivided attention. Unsurprisingly, pweekends can be hectic with people buzzing in and out for new bike pickups and sales questions. I love this bike! It's always possible to find the sweet spot to pedal in by adjusting the assist levels and the 8 gear internal hub. I'd say that the gearing range is pretty ideal for me. And it's classically good-looking as well...! Excuse my video skills - first effort and no Go-Pro here - had to improvise with my phone. As you can see downhills are awesome on the Gazelle! I truly love my Gazelle Medeo T9 e-bike!! After trying a Gazelle e-bike in the Netherlands (I'm originally from there and have a very old Gazelle model), I knew I wanted to buy one in Canada to commute to work (10 km one-way). It's the best purchase I could make, I'm sure. The service at Scooteretti is also very good and prompt.

I purchased an ebike from Scooteretti and the customer service was outstanding! Will and Crystal were very knowledgeable and made the purchase seamless. I had to return for a few minor adjustments and they corrected the issues on the spot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

This is really what I expected et very nice touchscreen I recommend this if you have a bosch motor on your ebike.
