A great team of folks to work with, helping me through my first ebike purchase. I won't hesitate to re-engage when I get serious about a second purchase for my significant other :-)

Had what I needed which was seemingly not really available in Toronto. Then they accommodated my on line order request to ship is "slow", ie not ship right away as we were not going to be home for about a week.

Scooteretti is a very excellent outfit . If one is in the market for an eBike , I think that these are the people to deal with rather than a general bike store . They are very knowledgeable and professional . There is a huge range of eBikes that they carry and they will do a fact find and figure out which type of eBike that you need. I would deal with them all over again and if the family gets another eBike , Scooteretti is where we will get it.
