The products are great, but the shipping takes forever. I would rather order from Running warehouse.

Generally good overall, sell out of women's smalls and men's xxl and xl very quickly like a day or less which is somewhat frustrating. Most products very good quality and comfortable, had to return the down vests too bulky and boxy but can't get everything right!

The gear I purchased is excellent: very functional, comfortable, and great looking. I will definitely order more, now that I know my sizes. But please consider being a little more generous with your return policy. I bought the wrong size in shorts the first time I ordered, but returning them from the USA by using trackable shipping would cost more than I paid for the shorts. So I will give them to a friend. Maybe consider a one-time deal on shipping for situations like this, and to let international customers give your gear a try without risk?

Other than the original order being lost during shipping everything is always great
