Ordered a six universal bat pack. Love that they can do different sizes. Ordered was detained by Customs and they helped me out with questions. Sam bat kotified me when it was cleared. Upon arrival one of my bats was damaged. Either by Fedex or by the customs people. Sent Sambat an email and pictures and they asked for the size of the bat that was damaged. Couple days later a replacement bat arrived at my house. I will definitely be using them again.

Was looking for some cage bats + to try out new models. They accommodated my requests for specific models and everything arrived very quickly!
