We all know Barry knew how to hit, apparently he also had a strong understanding of how to build a bat. My CD1 lasted 5 years before someone else broke it. I have been waiting for a reason to buy this model and the R2K1 has been my favorite bat ever. The flared knob is so comfortable to swing which means no more hand injuries on my palm from swinging hard. When I barrel a ball the feel is very forgiving and it goes.
