I purchased monogrammed soft coolers for my wedding party, along with the accompanying ice packs. They came out looking fantastic!!! Half the ice packs were missing from the order but I called customer service and they resolved the issue without any problems. I got regular emails on delivery status of the coolers and the missing product too. Overall, an excellent experience. I doubt the guys will be disappointed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
