Shipping was on time, product was undamaged. Only confused as to why the box was made with the ability to be the shipping package, but then was shipped inside of a plastic bag.

No complaints about service. I picked up my item at the shop.

Great product. Customers services OK. Shipping was a little tedious as I pay a lot less with another vendor who uses a different service that gets it across the pond in 2-3 days with better tracking.

Plush roller should be included for $170! Packaging and marketing materials from Customer Service outstanding touch, but total package is incomplete. Plush roller should be considered essential element of R8 + tool. Why are plush rollers always out of stock? Clearly customer thinks it is crucial element of therapy tool provides.

I love Roll Recoveryy. Own a lot of their products. Was upset about delivery though. Was delivered in front of our garage door, instead of on front porch, or parcel mailbox,as usual. Things get stolen easily, everywhere. Garage was the last place I looked. We could have easily pulled put without seeing it.
