Service was exceptional. I had troubles with my sizing at first and since I'm in Canada, I couldn't exchange it. I sent an email and Ethan provided clear instructions for me to return it and then I just reordered my proper size after I received the refund. They were so understanding, quick, and helpful with the entire process - it all happened within a day. I only had to pay for the return shipping, which I was totally ok with especially since I was a couple days past the 30 day return policy. I would recommend ROKA Multisport again and again to anyone.
