Just purchased my 2nd pair of Roka Buoyancy shorts. First pair finally needed a refresh. I’m 65+ y/o and swim w/ masters group 2x per week. I swim/bike/run all year round, and these shorts give me a little edge in the pool. Great training tool for the pool, and nice assist in the summer time in open water, too! I also use Roka sleeveless wet suit for open water events.

My First ROKA R1 The ROKA R1 was recommended to me by a friend of mine for open water swimming prior to competing in my 1st open water swimming event and 1st swimming competition in over 52 years. I had time to use the goggles several times before the November 15th event, adjusting fit from too tight to too loose for my narrow face. By race date I must have had it pretty close, because only one strap slipped off my head once and I had only minimal leakage during the race, and the optics really helped me see the buoys. Great goggles.
