Four weeks and over 1000 Kms later I love my Rx Pro more everyday. With the two secondary batteries I plan on riding the wheels off this thing, using my trailer to stay comfortable. Great investment, outstanding product backed up by responsive, helpful customer service, what more could you possibly want!

Friendly service. I dealt directly with Charlie in person and it was a pleasant experience. No pressure and he was willing to let me try different bikes. I can’t really comment on repairs as They are not really a bike shop, so I guess I will know when the time comes. I would not hesitate to recommend Rize to my friends.
