Your service was excellent and I’m pleased with the bike. But it does not measure up to my main use of a bicycle…bush trail riding with a group of riders all younger and faster than me. But it is early days, I haven’t finished with my tests on bush trails. I’ve reduced bike weight by removing all unnecessary equipment, reduced tire pressure well below your recommended level, and am experimenting with which power level gives me best control on quick bushy turns on the trail. So far, power level one works best in terms of bike control. A lower power would be better when attempting a standing start in some bush situations. I have not yet tried the “walk” assist option to start from a tricky situation. Peddling alone to start is an obvious method but there are situations where I simple don’t have the muscle. Our biking season ends shortly after the first snowfall, usually early November. Keep up your good work. Dave.
