Did send a e-mail to Rize Canada and the reply was very fast. For the mirror bundle they should change how it's advertised. They told me the will have a look at it.

Excellent service from Rize bikes. Recommendations on what bike to buy were very appropriate and well received. Enquired and questions were answed instantly. This is my third Rize bike I have purchased and customer service seems to be better each time. Keep it up.

👍

Staff were great on finding the right bike for me. They didn't try to sell me a more expensive bike which I didn't need.
