Shipping was very slow but not the company’s fault. It’s Fedex. They take too long picking up and deivering, and their tracking isn’t great as they only give updates once every 24-48 hours, so you really can’t tell if your package is moving or not. I REALLY like my City bike! It’s a great ride, and with the front shocks so easy to adjust, the seat post with suspension, I can’t tell the difference between this and a bike made with full suspension. Service is great, all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. I just wish they would include better instructions as I had no idea how to raise handlebars and bring them back and couldn’t find info anywhere. Customer service sent me a video, they should include that on their website. A good experience, a GREAT bike and a GREAT ride! The battery lasts a looooong time!
